Brian is the department chair and a professor of military Science-Southern University and A&M College, which is a position he has held since 2013. He maintains the role as the Army Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) leadership advancement program's chief instructor and central manager.
This position has allowed him to become a mentor for numerous young people who strive to become competent Army leaders. Brian Bissonnette handles a wide range of management duties, including program development, fundraising, program advertising, admissions, recruiting, and management processes.
He also operates with colleagues to allocate university and program resources and organize special events. He aims to operate in pursuit of fostering a robust educational atmosphere that introduces young adults to real-life challenges.
